Business Development Executive
Objectives
The Business Development Executive is tasked with increasing client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration by implementing targeted marketing strategies, optimizing ad campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for digital marketing.
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels.
Client Consultation:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Provide consultations on digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives.
Ad Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to set up and optimize ad campaigns for clients.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to address client needs.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on ad performance and key metrics for clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics.
Business Growth:
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM graduates.
- Experience of warehousing/manufacturing is an added value.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications & basic admistrative procedures.
- Good communication skills - Chinese & English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
